Priceless cars and luxe goods helped bring “hope close to home” at the 8th annual NCL Juniors of Ventura County gala to benefit the Children’s Cancer and Blood Disease Program at Ventura County Medical Center. Held at the Mullin Automotive Museum in Oxnard, the gala featured fabulous auctions, local wines, and specialty cocktails served in Peter Mullin’s incomparable homage to Art Deco and the machine age.
Until recently, local children with cancer and blood diseases had to travel out of the county for care. Now, through the generosity of local sponsors and donors, top-quality care is available in our backyard. The NCL Juniors of Ventura County have raised approximately $700,000 for the program’s expansion and ongoing needs.
